    Data mining is one of the useful techniques for customer relationship management which detect customer behavior pattern from a huge volumes of data. This patterns can be helpful for decision making in areas such as aircraft industry. Applying data mining techniques on data from an airline company, existing patterns of customers can be detected and finally purposive actions for improving airline services can be taken. In this case customer churn will be reduced and customer satisfaction and loyalty will be increased along with customer retention which all lead to profit raise in long term. The main objective of this paper is to introduce data mining techniques for managing customers of airline companies which emphasize on DRSA approach in service and cost management. The result of this research can help airline companies to identify worthy customers and forecasting their future behavior which lead to better decision making

    Enterprise architecture is an explicit description of existing documents, favorable relationships between business, processes and information technology and provides an outline for the creation of extensive information systems at the organization level. In fact, Enterprise architecture helps to implement an organization's strategy in a coordinated manner by aligning business processes with data and technology .This study examines and compares previous literature and academic articles on the benefits of adopting and applying Enterprise architecture, its indicators and modeling frameworks, as well as the factors affecting the implementation of Enterprise architecture. The results of this article indicate that factors such as clear understanding of the organization's business, increasing responsiveness to change and its management, information systems integration, information technology investments and acquisition strategies, development and maintenance of Enterprise architecture standards, business alignment With information technology, business process improvement, organizational agility, risk management and organizational governance have been considered from different perspectives in Enterprise architecture. The results of this article help to create a better understanding of Enterprise architecture and thus its successful implementation and execution

    Today, due to increasing competitive pressure, organizations increasingly need agility to be able to identify and understand the needs of customers, competitive activities of competitors as well as opportunities for cooperation of suppliers. Therefore, the use of information technology in organizations has become inevitable. There are fewer units or activities of organizations that are not affected by information technology. The application of information technology in the organization and the acceleration of change resulting from it, has increased the complexity within organizations. The need for better management of complexity and changes in today's organizations leads them to new approaches such as organizational agility. It is considered as a key factor in dealing with and managing dynamic organizational environments that are accompanied by uncertainty, which leads organizations to their predetermined goals. Due to theimportance of this issue, this study examines and compares previous literature and academic papers in the field of organizational agility and its various models and measurement methods with the aim of identifying its evaluation indicators in the organization. This article introduces 9 factors of product agility, customer agility, supplier agility, employee agility, organizational strategic agility, agility of competitors, information agility, market agility and business process agility as the main indicators of organizational agility assessment. In addition, sub-criteria of each of these indicators were identified. The results of this article can be used as a guide for a comprehensive and effective measurement of organizational agility

    Value Co-Creation as a competitive strategy is done through continuous interaction and experiences Co-Creation with customer. The concept of collaborative creation of value in virtual learning environments is one of the issues that are less addressed. Ability to attract and manage students' participation in the virtual learning environment is essential. In this research, with the aim of changing the traditional student-teacher model in which professors provide learning resources, to a flexible educational structure and active learning environment for students' participation in educational processes, a framework is provided. This framework is based on the exploitation of high levels of learning in order to create collaborative value. In order to design the framework, the subject literature was first studied in four general categories of Value Co-Creation, collaboration, innovation, and the standards and architecture of e-learning systems. First, the factors affecting the Value Co-Creation and its key components were identified and classified as requirements, then the services required in the virtual learning environments were identified. Finally, the framework provided in the three main sections of education requirements, educational services and social networks was developed. Education requirements refers to the organizational and individual needs and capabilities to create a collaborative learning environment and is classified into 5 separate sections with the titles of basic needs, structural needs, individual competencies, human resources and motivations. In designing educational services, OKI architecture and three layers of infrastructure, public services and educational services of this architecture were used.     Improving quality and reducing the expenses in Department of Health has always been one of the main priorities of different stakeholders and value seekers in this very prominent section of communities and governments. Knowledge asset management in this field has had an undeniable effect on the aspects of quality improvement and cost reduction strategies as well as playing an effective role in medical decision making and clinical processes. The purpose behind the present study was achieving a true understanding of the actual position knowledge management processes in health centers and hospitals. Moreover, it was aimed at proposing technology-driven solutions, based on knowledge management, to manage such valuable medical assets. The current study was qualitative from the viewpoint of administrative process, and falls into applied research from the perspective of results. In addition, in order to describe and discover the phenomena relating to knowledge management in hospitals, field studies have been drawn upon. To represent the findings, different approaches and methods regarding knowledge management in hospitals were expressed. In knowledge acquisition level, controlled and uncontrolled activities to elicit knowledge have been considered. Knowledge storage process, knowledge encoding, and benefits of reusing knowledge repertoires in hospitals have been regarded as well. Also, in publishing and distributing sector of knowledge, access was personalized and maintaining security has been expressed. Meanwhile, in the implementation and operation phase, the manner of using proved explicit knowledge has been mentioned. The results show that tools and indices of knowledge management are capable of helping the hospitals in acquisition, storage, retrieval, and learning assets relating to knowledge, both tangibly and non-tangibly. Applying knowledge process in order to utilize tacit and explicit knowledge in hospital environment is recommended. Knowledge management will be able to establish consistency in the knowledge structure resources in hospitals, assuring that by experts and elites leaving the field, their knowledge will remain stable and intact

    Errors in treatment process are of the main issues regarding patient safety in health centers and hospitals that have had a growing rate, causing concern in health industry. Using the knowledge associated with such incidents in hospitals has facilitated management as well as reporting process. It is also effective in managerial decisions. The purpose of this study is exploiting the main processes of knowledge management for improving the management and reporting medical errors for medical centers and hospitals, paving the way for achieving and recording the knowledge related to such incidents by presenting proper strategies. Afterwards, by disseminating and proper transferring of knowledge to right people, implementation and efficient utilization of this knowledge will be made possible. The present study is qualitative from the viewpoint of the implementation process and is applied from the perspective of studying the results. Next, to understand the role of knowledge management processes in hospitals, filed studies have been employed. In presenting the findings, we managed to achieve various methods and approaches of the four processes of knowledge management in management of documents related to errors in hospitals. The manner of doing different stages was considered from individual, group and inter organizational viewpoints. Then, the manner of gaining knowledge related to treatment errors was explained. At the stage of storing knowledge, the manner of coding knowledge and the benefits of reusing knowledge repositories in hospitals has been mentioned. At the stage of publishing and distributing knowledge, the importance of maintaining the security and privacy of individuals as well as respecting their privacy have been regarded. In the process of adoption and utilization, the method of using knowledge in making decisions and planning is expressed. The results reveal that knowledge management systems are capable of creating cohesion and sustainability. In explicit knowledge associated with treatment errors, they can also help preserve the knowledge and experience of experts and the elite in this field.
